    On October 28, the 150,000 cubic meter high-pressure single-stage rubber membrane sealed gas holder built by MCC Jingcheng EPC general contracting was officially put into production and operation in Shanxi Xintai Steel. This is currently the world's highest pressure level, the largest single-stage rubber membrane gas holder put into operation, and it is the first time that domestic rubber membranes have been successfully used in China, and a new generation of gas holder products have been developed with a complete set of independent design and research.

    The single-stage high-pressure rubber membrane sealed gas holder is suitable for blast furnace gas and coke oven gas. Compared with the traditional dilute oil sealed gas holder, the pressure of the single-stage high-pressure rubber membrane sealed gas holder is stable and the operation is more stable; no waste water and waste oil emissions, no need for steam heat tracing, more green and energy-saving; At the same time, the construction time and operation and maintenance costs are also significantly reduced.

    The 150,000 cubic meter high-pressure single-stage rubber membrane gas holder of Xintai adopts MCC Jingcheng's proprietary technologies such as a new low center of gravity piston, a new adaptive guide wheel, and an intelligent monitoring system for the piston. Special installation methods and flexible precision assembly technologies are used to ensure that the gas holder's operating indicators are excellent and it has industry-leading safety and reliability. During the 3-month trial operation period, the piston drift of the gas holder did not exceed 1/6 of the national standard requirements, the piston inclination did not exceed 1/3 of the national standard requirements, the key cabinet size deviation was controlled within 10mm, and all indicators were far better than the national standard. The entire piston operation rubber membrane achieved "0 wrinkles". The stability, safety, and reliability of the gas holder operation have been highly recognized by the owner and many industry experts. The cabinet type has completed the nationalization of technology and spare parts, and all indicators exceed the level of foreign imported products, achieving the overtaking and breakthrough in the gas holder field.
